A retired professional athlete with over 15 years of experience in competitive boxing and coaching, Eddie “Loco” brings elite-level expertise and passion to every training session. As the owner and head trainer at PTC Boxing Gym in the Birdrock Beach area of San Diego, Eddie has built a reputation for developing both amateur and professional talent.
His coaching credentials include working alongside world-class athletes, serving as assistant coach to WBO World Champion Maurice “Mighty Mo” Hooker, IBF World Champion Cruz Carbajal, UBO Latino Champion Manuel Rojas, Heavyweight Champion Todd Brown, and Bronze Medalist Darnell Price, among others.
